How can I pay for my order?
The payment methods we currently offer are IDEAL, PayPal or credit card. It is not possible to pay afterwards at Yanks.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
After paying you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered. As soon as the products have been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email with which you can track your order. Have you not received a confirmation email? Send an email with your proof of payment to info@yanks.nl.

Can I still change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel an order up to 12 hours after the purchase. Please contact us via info@yanks.nl. When your order has already been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change or cancel it.

What is the delivery time for my order?
The delivery time of your package is 1-5 working days. Delivery time depends on your location.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are automatically calculated with your order and depend on the size and weight of the package, and on the destination.

What delivery options can I choose?
You can choose between PostNL and DHL for shipping.

Is it possible to ship abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Returns

How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the choice to return your order within 14 days. The products must be returned unused and undamaged in their original condition. With your order you will find a return form with the instructions. This can also be found on the website.

I have received a wrong or damaged item, what should I do?
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, you must email a photo of the product to info@yanks.nl. We are happy to help you with your order via this route.
